Didn't know what to expect with cranial therapy but Nicki instantly put me at ease with her empathy and understanding. I have found the therapy itself to be very helpful with my depression and anxiety.

I have been attending Wellcentred for over 18 months initially to help me relax after a very stressful situation but subsequently have continued on a monthly basis as I find a regular neck shoulders and back massage is great for relaxing those muscles that tighten up in everyday life, I have been to various therapists over the years and would rate Nicki as an excellent practioner
I've went to Nicky King for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for the last 2 years and I truly thank her for her wonderful sessions and highly recommend her as Therapist! No matter in what state i arrived, she managed to give me such a safe feeling with her light and comforting holds. I experienced in each session a delightful deep relaxation in which smaller and bigger issues just dissolved. I am very impressed and glad that I've met such a lovely Cranio Therapist like Nicky who supports me regularly with this gentle but very powerful approach.
Nicki is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. She has really helped with my back problems in our sessions and I would highly recommend!
