This company buys old debts for pennies in the pound, and brazenly attempts to collect the full amount. Even if the debt has not been serviced or acknowledged for over six years old and is therefore statute-barred - this does not seem to faze them. Awful organisation. Formerly known as Mackenzie Hall, this company threatened my infirm partner with POLICE ACTION because she would not hand over her debit card number. A total disgrace.

Fraud company. If you get any correspondence from this company. Keep them as proof of fraud, do not give any personal details in relation to debts they say they have been sold. Carissa Rae, if a real person is dealing with fake/fraud debts, impersonating some major companies with fake letters of selling debts. These companies are aware of the activity.

Worst customer service
i lost my wife and i explained this to pra,now i owe 76 and the amount of text messages and voicemails i have received must have cost over 100 to send to me, like i say lost my wife earlier this year and with no income and still grieving the hassle i have received is totally un acceptable, i am really struggling and cant pay this.no wonder people turn suicidal from groups like this after a petty amount,,PRA group,,get a life

Awful company. Trying to get yourself out of debt and they wont do a settlement figure they want the full amount. Well now its gonna take them 5 years before they get it.
