Delivery slot booked for between 9am and 12pm, delivery turned up at 09:02 by two very friendly and professional men. Distance adhered to and masks worn. These were both a credit to the delivery company. The TV was well packaged and secured and the box wasn't damaged so this was a positive as well. Well done Kinetic, I would definitely recommend and use again.

The delivery itself went okay and I was kept up to date, but the packaging was damaged in several locations and when unpacking the item too was damaged. How do I go about finding out if this was damaged before dispatch or in transit. Pictures taken by me and driver of damaged packaging.

Excellent service . Stefan phoned ahead to let us know when he was arriving. We live in a rural area where a lot of couriers have trouble and say we do not exist ! Not Kinetic Logistics ,they use google maps and can see exactly where your are ..brilliant ,shame others do not use it. Stefan was very helpful and very courteous. Thank You , on time and very quick delivery .

Ordered TV through Costco. Got a text and email to state delivery window. A call was placed in the morning to confirm delivery. Very friendly driver. Handled carefully. My only negative feedback and it isn't a big deal, but the link in the email to check delivery window didn't work, and didn't work on the morning either. This wasn't a problem as they had good communication, but I'd prefer not to have a link if it's not going to work.
