I am absolutely appalled by the service of this business. Me and my partner visited the store in the hope of finding an engagement ring. We were disregarded as soon as we walked in and we felt so judged. The salesman was not bothered about helping us whatsoever, bearing in mind this was our first visit to look at rings. He shoved a load of boxes in front of us and left us to our own devices. We both left feeling very upset and emotional. We will NOT be visiting this shop again and can only advise people who are looking for engagement rings to look elsewhere in St Albans. The only positive element of this experience was that we looked somewhere else and found the perfect ring and treated with respect.
