Staff that serviced me on the till...lovely. staff that was rather unkind when I was looking for hair dye needs to learn customer service. Went in looking for hair dye. Lady chatting to some bloke that wasn't work related. I waited for him to go so I could look at the products. After he left, entered and the lady who was stocking was so rude. She rudely asked me where I was looking because she was stocking up. I explained I was starting by the beech London but would be looking at others. She then stood there staring at me as I was clearly inconveniencing her. I felt so uncomfortable and had to rush. As a customer I expect to come in and be able to browse. I appreciate she was putting stock out however given I am the buying the products and wouldn't have been there long I would have expected a little bit of professionalism.

Organised system, hand sanitizer etc. Got the Blister prevention tape I wanted for my daughter. Bit expensive to buy 9.99 for 30 precut heel strips but worth it, really helps. Car Parking out front, and can get van in too. Can't get it in my local small Boots.

Why do pharmacists lie? Told all flu vaccinations had been cancelled and no appointments were being made. Drove straight to Swaffam and got free flu jab straight away!!!! Boots pharmacists make it up as they go along as by far not the first time I have been fobbed off about nhs prescription fulfillment and them refusing to fulfill obligations...except if you offer to pay then it's there immediately. Like Doctors these days they run a cartel to suit themselves with maximum profit the deciding factor...not care and humanity.

Staff to stiff, not at all helpfull Tried to charge me 5 for a home delivery of meds, their paper bags say it's free! Terrible place will go elsewhere when covid allows.
