Purchased a car and arrested by Police 4 weeks later!! Read on! Having purchased a C4, the staff were friendly and very professional . Presentation of the car was incredible, the cleaning team really did work their magic but that's were the " good" ends. 4 weeks later driving down the road at 10pm, on come the blue flashing lights in the rear mirror ! The Policeman approaches the vehicle and states that he stopped me because the car is registered to an address over 200 miles away and that I was currently under arrest, for suspicion of driving a stolen motor vehicle (the Dealership is 200 miles from us). The Police roadside checks showed DVLA had no record of the car being sold to us or a change in owner, despite us driving it off the forecourt 4 weeks prior! This also invalidated our insurance! The only reason I did not spend the night in the cell or the car in the Police pound was I was able to show on my mobile phone, the on line bank transaction to Duff Morgan for the purchase. So in short, Duff Morgan did not do as they were legally required to do so, by filling out the V5 Document (rather basic and essential I would say . 5 weeks later and Duff Morgan have now carried out what they should have done and I am now the registered keeper of the vehicle. As for faults on the vehicle....don't get me started. So if you fancy a similar " Blue Light" experience take a trip to Duff Morgan and make your purchase, its hell raising

Very thorough with C19 protection. Efficient and Friendly. Assuming fault doesn't reappear, all very good and surprisingly, Very reasonably priced. 2 x Re-Calls that I wasn't aware of due to being 2nd owner, carried out during diagnostic test.

Terrible after sales team. I bought a brand new seat arona a year ago and it developed a major fault where it would not start. Ive brought it into them twice already and they have said there is nothing they can do unless it faults on the day. I have basically been told tough luck and im stuck with an unreliable car! Im in to much negative equity to get a new car and im disabled so being stuck with a unreliable car is not ideal. Been offered no help at all by them and was told that if i spoke to anyone else they would just say the same thing. When a car thats a year old does not start its not a minor thing! Edit: They did see the car in the end and it turned out to be a camshaft sensor When i got the car back they forgot to put the air filter back on so the tub was just hanging there!!! I had to call the AA out

I always take my car here for servicing, repairs and mot testing having bought a Citroen from their Norwich dealership some years ago. I don't have that make of car anymore but they will accept any make, in fact I have a 3 year fixed price service contract with a monthly direct debit so no big bills when I take my Toyota Aygo in twice a year! I even get a video report direct to my smartphone so the technician can show me as he checks all the major parts under the vehicle. Brillant!! It's the friendly, helpful, professional staff that keeps me renewing my service contract year after year whatever car I have, they'll even, for a reasonable charge, collect it from my home and deliver it back when the jobs done. Excellent service and very reassuring during the present Coronavirus pandemic, well done!

After confirming my booking Duff Morgan then proceeded to try and charge me extra for items that were listed as included with the Major service. I have always had my car serviced with them but have decided to take my business because of this.
