NEVER again. It was my 1st visit with a friend who had bought a spa day for us both as a special birthday present for me pre covid. The first chance we had to use it was a week ago. When we arrived we were told by a nice staff member in the treatment area that we unfortunately could not have spa facilities as this was unavailable due to covid but we could collect vouchers for this for future use on the way out. We both had a nice enough massage and a treatment there. However, when we left and went to collect said vouchers, the gobby young female receptionist publically argued with my friend and said she had never bought spa packages, at all a difference of 3 apparently between what was claimed to have been purchased and the spa day. It was really embarrassing for me having to listen to this public argument. My poor friend just gave up and we left far from happy. My friend was so upset she was close to tears about it with me afterwards, as it was meant to be such a treat. I planned to buy more from them and would have spent a lot of money but not now. When I tried to phone the next day to complain about the receptionist's behaviour towards my friend I was told firstly the manager was on his break and he would call me back. He didn't. When I called again some 5 hours later this time I was told SHE was on the phone. She didn't call back either. Next day I rang again and was told HE wasn't on duty and would not be until maybe Wednesday. After that I gave up. Frankly with staff like that they dont deserve to even stay in business and I will shed no tears if they dont. There are much better places where customers are valued and treated with gratitude. Happy customers business. No customers, no staff or job required.

Booked one of their offers for two people. It was amazing value for money, therapists were great and very helpful throughout our visit. We also had afternoon tea as part of the offer and we were blown away! It was amazing, great choice of sandwiches and cakes along with as much tea or coffee as we wanted and we could take home anything we couldn't eat there and then. Our favourite dessert was beautifully presented and looked like egg and soilders!! Fab...will definitely be going again and would recommend it
Spa treatment was very good. Welcoming staff. Gym was little dated and could do with some new machines but all in all was a pleasant experience
