How comes when you buy a car, they are all over you like a rash, can't do enough for you, but after having the car for a year how customer care changes in a flash. So un helpful, so miserable ( that might be because it was a Monday morning) but no excuses. Had problems with our Fiat500x transmission took it in, while there they did a service and mot and a new battery, also wire behind drivers seat it was hanging down could they look at that too, but we went to pick up car up on the Tuesday, no friendly faces miserable faces, also said they didn't have time to wash car what a surprise! absolutely disgusting especially how much we spent that day with them. Will never go back there in a hurry, not helpful one bit.!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jamie at MotorVogue Kings Lynn. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a happy one, the transaction was seamless and our new car was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout. We are so happy with our new Jeep Wrangler and couldn't have asked for more. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

Good deal, good service. Thank you to Maris for being reasonable and accommodating in relation to the offer I made. Friendly service from Maris on the day of purchase much appreciated, as was the helpful demonstration of the car's features. Very happy with the vehicle. All in all, a pleasant purchasing experience. Thank you!

Ordered a replacement canister so able to inflate a punctured tyre. Ordered it on Monday and told it would be here in two days time and would be contacted to let me know it is ready for collection. Phoned up after two days only to be told it will not be here until Monday ( 7 days later) when I asked what to do in the event of a puncture told to phone for break down assistance Very dissatisfied with the attitude

LOVED the staff and LOVED the cars they were selling! I went in on the off chance that I would be able to part exchange my Renault for a Fiat 500, and I could not only afford a Fiat 500 but walked away with a Fiat 500L - which I love! The guys in there are so friendly and seem to be a great team. The manager made an appearance and said hello to me- very nice man. So happy with my new car, and so pleased with the company. Will return!

I took delivery of my Fiat Tipo 66 plate registered Jan 2017 in Feb 2020. One owner, low mileage, ideal. Spacious, stylish looking. They did fix up some cosmetic scratch marks minor ones on the car and did their best on a slight trolley ding in an awkward part of the car. Happy with that. They also swapped out a front light fitting on the car as the lens was scratched. Set of front mats put in also. The one bit I had hoped they would fix was a bird poop stain on the bonnet that had caused some paint issues, damage. Not major but enough to cost me 250 to get done at a local body shop. That is the quote I have had. It's a bonnet removal and respray as opposed to a valeting buff it out type job. Their valeting guys did try to fix it once when I was there a few days before handover and I think a second attempt may have been made. The valeters have modern equipment to deal with these matters and know their craft. Like so many others I possess a sponge and bucket only. The 2 sales guys I dealt with were very good. The manager Leon was adamant 'no, we are not painting or sending the car to the bodyshop' or words to that effect. I believe they have a duty of care / good customer relations to just bury that cost take it on the chin. Especially considering we are looking at a 2nd car purchase upgrade later this year. The 2 stars is for the paint work bill I have to pay in order to get rid of it which I believe isn't right. No, it was not a brand new car but it depends how you see it and how you want to keep repeat customers. It's about just doing what's right sometimes. Had this paint work have been repaired at a cost to the dealership I would have gladly given 4 stars.
