Don't waste your time asking anyone else. Pro Build Norfolk are simply the best money can buy (and they are very competitive). Ben has undertaken a significant house extension for me in Wells-next-the-Sea. I've been involved in construction for 30yrs and I can honestly say he has been fantastic and the best tradesman I've employed. Ben and Pete are a great duo. They can do almost everything themselves so the pace and quality of work is more predictable - earthworks, foudnations, sewers, brickwork, timber, kitchens, steelwork, bathrooms, timber cladding, tiling, plumbing (not gas), the lot! The quality is brilliant. Ben will think about what you or your architect are asking for and offer well thought out alternatives (he did that for me and it wasn't cost saving related it was \I think this will work better\ and it always did). On a project of this size not everything goes to plan and Ben always puts things right - never a difficult conversation like I've had from some builders in the past. Always turns up on time. Not messy. Knows his stuff. He delayed the start by a week due to other work - and brought us a cake on day 1 to say sorry. How many other people would do that????? Like all the other posts say on here - they are thoroughly nice chaps. Don't waste your time with anyone else - just get Ben and Pete.

Ben and his team have done a fantastic job at our property in Heacham. Typically the property needed a lot more doing than originally thought but Ben has worked hard with us to prioritise things and help keep costs as low as we possibly could. The standard is really quality and it basically looks like a different house. I would highly recommend Pro Build Norfolk. added some completed photos with the extensive work and attention to detail. It's a shame you can't smell the difference too as damp completely gone.
I have no hesitation in recommending Pro Build for their work. They were competitively priced, came when they said they would, were neat and tidy workers and the standard of their workmanship was excellent. We are delighted with the finished \product\, which has transformed the appearance of our rather dated 1970's house with the addition of cedar cladding and render.
