This is a lovely surgery, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Most of them even call you by your first name which I think is a lovely touch. I recently wanted to speak with a Doctor, so I messaged the surgery with details via the Web and was very happy to hear from one to get his advice.

Always great doctors but the service is just terrible. Reception and dispensary just want to get you off the phone as quick as possible, unhelpful and generally inefficient.
