Fantastic service from super friendly and helpful staff. Sorted my key which had been cut elsewhere (twice!) and would not work properly. Now it actually works thanks to King's! Don't bother to go elsewhere, go here first and save yourself the hassle.
I needed four sets of keys cut for a customer and unfortunately I couldn't find anywhere in Ipswich near to me to help. I travelled down to Felixstowe and arrived at Kings just after closing time. The gentleman behind the counter came across and opened the door. I wasn't expecting him to cut the keys at this point as I'm sure he wanted to get home, however he was more than happy to help. I can confirm all the keys worked and the service was above and beyond! many thanks and I will certainly be back should I need anything in the near future.
I ordered business cards from King's and was still waiting for them 2 months later...when I spoke with the proprietor about this issue and why he hadn't phoned earlier to update me that there could be a problem he got very aggressive toward me...I am elderly and suffering from cancer...dreadful, threatening, non professional...I experienced an uncalled for and unprovoked attitude from this man...
DO NOT GET KEY CUT HERE. STOOD and waited for simple key cut. Have been given one TOTALLY USELESS Won't even attempt to go in the lock 6 wasted! . Now having to travel back from Colchester, to Kings for a refund, or trading standards. How do they do business like this, and give out goods that are totally useless.
Don’t ever try to get a refund from Kings. They seriously need to review their returns policy. They compared a watch strap to a pair of speedos! Think twice!
