This is a great Gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling centre. This is not a gym

Went to the free play session with my 15month old. It was great, loads for him to do and he loved running around and climbing everything. Will defintely be going back! ONLY reason i haven't given 5stars is because it really could have done with a hoover. We were in at 9:30am, so it had just opened, but the floor was filthy. Younger children were picking up bits off the floor and trying to put it in their mouths.

Have been going here since my little boy was 6 months to use the play gym and it seemed fine and fun for him. I then decided to use the holiday club as they had 2 hour drop in sessions which I thought he would find fun. We arrived and the lady at reception was so miserable and unfriendly. We then went into the gym and no one came to say hi or introduce themselves. I found a coach and she was just as moody as the reception lady and had no idea my little boy was booked in. Having been told to arrive at 10am we were told it was snack time but I hadn't bought anything for my son and the others all had packed lunches. A young coach just told my son to sit at the table and then slumped himself in a chair and looked bored! I couldn't leave my little boy sat there watching everyone else have a snack so I found the machines in the hall with crisps in and put a 1 in for some. It didn't work and when I asked the lady at reception she said they were not their machines!! When I looked a bit stressed as I didn't have another 1 coin she did get me another one which was something. My little boy was ok and seemed to be happy enough when I picked him up but no one acknowledged me when I went in and there was no security or someone checking who I was. Anyone could have walked in and picked him up and they wouldn't have noticed! I was so concerned about this lack of security and obviously will not be returning. They need to sort themselves out in terms of security and customer service.

Daughter went to recreational class, there was one coach to 15 kids! They did a lot of sitting about for the hour and did not get to do much at all or learn anything. I won't be returning.

My daughter has her gymnastics lessons here - which she LOVES - and has been booked in for her second birthday party there too. Her teachers are lovely and supportive. Yes they keep the kids in line, but I’m glad she’s kept on the straight and narrow otherwise it would be dangerous and she’d learn bad habits. My only feedback would be to invest a little more in care-taking and pay a little more attention to the toilet facilities.

Nice and friendly staff. Try to help you much they can do it. Big place for children to run around, 2 bouncy castles, soft plays and toys, running track, trampoline, a slide and a little house for children. Changing rooms are clean. Found a bit dusty in certain areas but otherwise it's ok.

This review is for anyone with a young lad thinking of attending. My child is 5 and has attended. Each week the boys are purposely separated off and left with mininal attention whilst the girls go off to train and learn the basics. Apparently this separation is standard every week, at this age I cannot imagine why. This week he had approximately 5 minutes of excercise during an hour long session, and this was mostly in the warm up. The rest of the time, after standing around the main mat, the boys were then told to stand by a wall and wait their turn to jump off a platform, they all were clearly bored silly. Average wait time was for this jump was around 20mins. I would have asked for a refund had the queue at reception not been so huge. A shame, and probably explains why when you look at the older groups there are next to no boys.
