Exceptional service! I took one guitar for a setup and another for a repair and the service was outstanding both times. Charlie gave honest feedback and made sure the adjustment was perfect for my level. I was also in the store when someone was buying their first guitar and the team were not sales focused and gave the lady good advice and helped her start her guitar journey. Can’t recommend highly enough, I’ll be sticking with them for years :)

Quite simply as good as it gets when it comes to guitar repair, setup and upgrades. Charlie and his teams work is legendary. They have worked on every 'rock star' guitar you can think of and offered the same level of care to everyone they deal with. The store is small, but very well stocked. Even if you can't find what you want online, Charlie can get it for you or offer a solution you never even thought of. They mostly carry used guitars, but everything here is high end. Parking is slim being near Kingston bridge, the only downside.

I have used Chandlers for many years, he is as well known in the buisness as the Musicians whos guitars he has repaird and set up. Charlie and his great staff members are really friendly and not snooty as was my experience when visiting guitar shops in Denmark street.Whenever I buy a new guitar I always put it straight into Charlies work shop. I then get new strings and a basic set up, especially in Stratocasters. I then have a custom shop quality set up in a cheaper guitar

Wow!!! A fantastic shop filled with guitar and amp gems. Also stocks vintage pedals, valves. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.
