And excellent store. I dealt with Dan (Daniel) over the phone as I had an idea of what I was after. He made an excellent offer for a higher spec item at a very reasonable price. Super helpful and friendly, Dan answered all my questions before and for weeks after the sale. There was a problem with one of the items which was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this store, and in particular dealing with Dan. Fantastic service, thank you!

After a bad experience with another retailer, I called Richer Sounds (Kingston) for help buying a TV, I spoke with Matthew who was very helpful in ordering the TV I was looking for. Given the trouble I'd had I was looking to get the TV as soon as possible, he was able to help me get delivery just a couple of days after my order even though it was New Year. He was professional, knowledgeable and did everything he could do to help me. I would recommend and will definitely order again from Richer Sounds Kingston in the future!
