Philip Wingfield is an absolute magician . He arrived exactly at the contracted time to attend to dried paint splotches on our carpet. At first I was very sceptical that paint stains could be removed effectively. Philip explained that he employed a re-tufting technique . After fixing the first offending stain I was completely sold . He re-tufted the carpet using some of the tufts from an offcut that we had , however he could have used a few tufts from an invisible area under the skirting board as well if you don't have an offcut available. An hour later I would defy anyone even using a magnifying glass to point out where the original paint stains were my carpet is back to is pristine condition. There is no point in posting an after repair photo because there the repair is invisible. I cannot compliment him highly enough, he is very tidy and did a perfect repair . I would have no hesitation in recomending him for any carpet issues that you may have.

Excellent service from Phil at ServiceMaster. He was extremely professional, punctual and knows exactly what he’s doing. Carpets now look brand new. He also cleaned the wooden floor in our hall. I don’t know how to add a picture to this review but I wish I could! I honestly didn’t realise quite how dirty my living room and hallway floor was until Phil and partner worked his magic on it. I genuinely feel like I’ve got a brand new floor. COULD NOT recommend Service Master more if I tried!!!!!!! Thank you!
