Nice pub next to the canal. Ordered a gammon, egg and chips. The gammon was the size of the plate and very nice. Even though it was busy I'd definitely go again.
Took quite a while to get served although the lady behind the bar did acknowledge me straight away. Food looked amazing but unfortunately could not try as the kitchen closed early due to high demand. As we hadn't booked and it was a Monday night in August this was not the fault of the pub. I will try to go back and try the food as it did look good.
Very Friendly staff polite and helpful. Only popped in after walking the dog. Looked nice and cosy inside and will try too book for a meal.
Good, only sat outside on the front. But friendly service and a great spot.

Great place for a quick drink and nice food lovely seating outside in a bit of a sun trap but I wish they had a roof above as you could sit outside even when raining and what with social distance measure in would be great
