Kingswood customer service is outstanding, from pre-sale to installation, I cannot fault them. We have undertaken a lot of building works during this year and it hasn't been easy, with continual lockdowns disrupting delivery timescales and access to materials. Kingswood delivered on schedule. The product (full height Boston shutters in - rich walnut 63mm with antique brass hinges) are stunning and materials are of good quality. Manufactured in China. 6wk delivery. I originally invited a major named player to quote and was horrified at their price. Kingswood were half their price. Kingswood was recommended to me, so pleased I took up this referral.
