Utterly disgraceful service from what is normally a fantastic restaurant. Delivery was confirmed for 20:35 (1hr & 30min wait). It’s now 21:15 and they won’t answer the phone despite me phoning 5 times and I’ve also had the engaged tone so I know their phone is manned and in use. Disgusting level of service Annapurna! Very very disappointed!
