Each and every member of staff serves you with a cheery smile, clearly this is a place that they are happy to be. The food is always of a very high standard. Will definitely return.
Ordered using Just Eat on Sunday. Food was over 40 minutes late and was cold. Took several phone calls to get through to them. Said they would refund the cold items but haven’t. Left review using Just Eat rating & they replied saying driver got lost tried to call but no answer so he left then returned later. Rubbish! Driver called & spoke to me - said he was outside houses but didn’t know which one? The order was being delivered to the ice rink not a house! I told him several times during the conversation that it was to the ice rink. Had also put this in the order instructions when I ordered. Eventually they sent a 2nd driver to find the lost driver to get the food & deliver it. The panini & meatball baguette were almost stone cold! They then said these items don’t come hot unless asked for! Really!! They send out cold chilli chicken paninis! And cold meatballs!! Really!! Funny that cause you could tell both items had been cooked & had been hot but due to delivery delay were now cold. Don’t normally write these reviews but I’m annoyed at their reply as total rubbish. If they had just stuck to the apology & refund that would have been an end to it as far as I’m concerned. But their reply & no refund is our of order. Thankfully after contacting Just Eat they are sorting the refund.
Simple, tasty, great quality and a massive selection. Friendly staff too. Just not quite subway quality but that's just personal preference.
New owners i believe , roles not as full as they used to be and staff member , iam thinking the new owner had his hands in the cheese etc with no gloves on , staff look unhappy .
