Poor service in the garage for MOT test , they absolutely rob customer, I call to garage for move my appointment to after Xmas because the licensing doesn’t have appointment before Xmas( I just made my appointment day before at 4 PM and next day at 9:00AM I call to move that) the gentleman on the phone told me don’t need pay cancellation and give me another appointment however the day I want to MOT they charge me 25 for cancellation fee . But look like there is no control on this office
