Excellent and friendly service. Met at the airport and everything ready to drive the vehicle off without delay. Our flight home was cancelled due to Air Traffic Control strike action and so had to extend our stay and thus car hire by a day and they didn't charge us for the extra day hire. Will use again when we return to Orkney.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient service. We were flying out from the airport after returning the car so they drove us to the airport. Our flight time had changed but this was no problem. We would certainly use them again.
I booked at short notice and managed to get a car (phew). All members of staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I was delighted to get a complementary ride back to the Airport, yes I would definitely recommend them.
Very good idea to have a car on Orkney and glad we pre-booked. Orkney Car Hire were very easy to deal with, helpful and responsive to a need to slightly vary our hire.
Extremely helpful. Staff very friendly and courteous. Would recommend. I was only there for a day and from pick up to drop off it was perfect. The car was very clean and tidy.
