Extremely poor service. Found staff to be extremely rude and dismissive. Waited for two week for my child’s school uniform to arrive. Decided to phone to follow up on the order. To be told in an abrupt manner that they had phoned and left a message. She then began arguing with me over the phone, I stated it doesn't matter as long as the uniform was in and that I could collect it. I previously gave two different contact numbers and not one of them had a missed call or message left. I don’t know what numbers they dialled but it was not mine? I read the bad reviews previously and since discussing with others I have heard many bad reviews since. I only wish that I had asked them prior to going in. Truly astonished that they think it’s ok to be so rude to a paying customer, who is trying to support a local business. I do agree with the other reviewers, the staff didn’t seem to care? ....in response to the nasty comment below. I don’t think that would be a problem. I think the comment below does prove just how rude you are. There was a witness at the door please do not lie. Lying about leaving a message is one thing. Lying by implying that I was aggressive is astounding. I am truly astonished I have never come across anything like it in my entire life?

Went in for a Websters Tie for my child and was told they didnt have any and they couldn't get any. Very disappointing as i believe in helping local businesses but when local business staff members are dismissive and act like they cannot be bothered with you then i will take my business elsewhere. Please note this is were locals are advised to go when purchasing school ties.
