Not impressed. One mistake after another. Gave a plan, with measurements of the kitchen, with the completely wrong measurements. How can you be wrong by nearly 1 metre in your measurements? Now struggling to see how the kitchen will fit into the space. Listed items as part of the sale that were then not included. Promised money back and then never gave it. If you want a hassle-free experience, avoid these guys. If you like trouble and headaches - be my guest.

I originally posted a review here 2 months ago and they had it taken down, knowing full well it was legitimate (see Facebook). Here it is again: We tried to sell our kitchen through Kitchen Exchange and this company wasted over 2 weeks of our time. We have an email from Neil confirming that our kitchen would be listed on the website on a specific date and this was never done. We were also told that arrangements would be made for the kitchen to be dismantled and removed on a specific date. When we tried to follow up, the communication was poor and ultimately non-existent. Neil has not responded to our emails and when we tried to ring him, we were repeatedly told he is in a meeting. We are unsure what has gone wrong but we are still receiving automatic email updates on our kitchen listed for sale on their website when it has never been listed. If the company changed their minds about listing our kitchen, a message advising us would have been the professional and considerate thing to do. Based on our experience, this company is disorganised and unreliable.

A friend suggested this company after having had a previous good experience with them. Their surveyor/valuer came around and suggested that we list the kitchen at higher than my wife and I had valued it ourselves. We were convinced that he was over-valuing it by some 40% but within a week we were thankfully proved wrong and he was proved right! Strongly recommended!

**************BUYER BEWARE************* DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY STRING BUYERS ALONG I found my perfect kitchen on Kitchen Exchange and spoke to Neil and his colleague's and made an offer for the kitchen. I spoke to Neil again on the 12th of December and he informed me via email that my offer was accepted but that I needed to have the kitchen collected by the 17th December and that the company they normally use felt it would be easier for me to arrange transportation as I was shipping the kitchen to Ireland. I arranged the transportation paid a deposit to the haulage company and spent the next 2 days trying to pay for the kitchen and get the pick up address from Neil or indeed any of his colleagues at Kitchen Exchange. The kitchen was to be collected before 4pm on Monday and at 3.40pm on Friday 14th December I received an email from Neil informing me that kitchen wouldn't be ready until after Christmas he would call me on Monday the 17th to discuss it further, I told Neil I didn't need the kitchen before Chritmas so that was no problem and I looked forward to speaking to him on Monday the 17th. The haulage company kindly agreed to transfer my deposit to a new date once I received it. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the call back from Neil. I have lost count of how many times I have called asking to speak to Neil to be told is he is in a meeting, they will pass the message on, Neil will definately call me back eyc etc . I asked Neil's colleagues could they just ask him that all was in order I had an electrician coming to move sockets to accommodate the new kitchen...all was supposedly fine. Today still no phone call from Neil or any one at Kitchem Exchange i will be contacting small claims to see if I can recoup my 252 deposit I paid for the transport.

I am very happy with the service provided and the price Kitchen Exchange managed to sell my kitchen for. They took all the stress out of selling my kitchen.
