I placed an order round 6pm 2 hours later still no food. I have been chasing it by phone and no one answers or the phone is cut off. Money is pending in my account and now the restaurant says it’s closed. I normally eat from here but not anymore !! 3 1/2 hours later no response from anyone I’ve ordered elsewhere, eaten and washed up... AVOID!!!!!!!

Please don’t waste your time or money. I usually order from Kitchen Madras and like the food. However, I ordered food at 6.45pm today and the website stated it would take 45 minutes for delivery. It’s now 8.10pm and I’ve not received my order. I have tried to call the restaurant 19 times. The call is either cut off, rings out or states “it is not possible to connect your call”. I’m now having to call my credit card company to refund the money as fraud. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered food at 21:18 on Sunday and still haven't received itat 22:57. I had almost 100 calls before I could get through to be told they won't cancel or refund my money despite not wanting it anymore. Disgusting practice
