We are a family whose "nanny" quit after only 5 weeks, leaving us with untold stress and resulted in me losing my job. The worst experience of my life. The owner, Karen Lynch, refused to contact us directly throughout this period, she got her rude assistants to phone us. For this service we paid 3000 plus VAT. We were offered replacement "nannies" who were a Joke. These were people with no childcare experience ; barmaids, florists, hospital porters, even a girl who vomited during the interview. When we rejected these we were put under a lot of pressure to take one... We were told we were difficult. I eventually found an excellent nanny myself. Kiwi oz broke their contract, Karen's subordinates were horrible on the phone to the point of rude and abusive, karen refused to speak to us directly which is utterly cowardly and immature. The whole experience was beyond terrible; the personal repercussions were devastating. Parents do. NOT use. Please note the only good reviews on here are from the unqualified candidates who want to come to London for a jolly.

I have used Kiwi Oz twice now and Karen the manager is very thorough. They suggest a two week trial with each nanny which is essential and they also take into consideration all your requirements, big or small. Karen is great on the phone and works hard for both the family and nanny. I am delighted with my new nanny and will be using their services in the future if i ever need to.

Not very happy with the consistency of service. I went through all interview processes asked and provided all references, however after a month or two all contact just dropped off and after multiple emails and phone calls and trying to get in touch to find a family, I gave up. Seems as if most other reviewers on here had a positive experience so I may have just slipped through the cracks during a busy period for them. Nonetheless, it was still extremely disappointing as I had really high hopes.
