We couldn’t recommend Knaresborough Glass more. We have recently moved into a house that had quite dated patterned glass in the backdoor, kitchen and a room upstairs. They helped us chose a pattern much more suited to our tastes, came round to measure the units and when they came to fit the new windows they were quick, really friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Would like to say thanks for doing such a good job!

Fitter arrived to fit glass into oak doors. Said he had no mitre saw. Proceeded to cut beading and install with straight cuts. Looked terrible. He tried to argue with me that joints on the other doors were machine cut that’s why they looked better. Couldn’t help with glass they’d supplied that was a mm out for some of the panels. Said too sand the doors a bit to fit would be too labour intensive and they wouldn’t help to sort the glass. Thought the initial supply was good service, just the fitter let them down and unwillingness to do things right or offer solutions. Now have to order new beading and get someone to do it properly.
