The wedding anniversary bouquet that Catherine created was exceptional. The quality of the roses and the simple but elegant bouquet design was something I had not seen before. It really was very special.

UPDATED: with proof of purchase (#00707) as owner is trying to deny we were genuine customers. Please avoid this dishonest business. Unfortunately my wife and I had a very poor experience here. We ordered some flowers as a gift for a friend in UK, but they did not receive the bouquet we ordered. The one they got was white and very plain- we contacted Catherine who accepted the mistake but did not offer a refund and only offered to go back and swap the flowers. We had some back and fourth on email, where she was saying that we misunderstood and our friend wouldn’t need to go to their shop which was closed. Don’t really know where she was coming from as we understood the proposal perfectly but don’t think it would be a reasonable outcome if our friend had to give back a bouquet of flowers that were sent by mistake to swap for the correct one. Mistakes happen and that’s fine, but decent customer service would be to rectify with either providing the correct bouquet (and not asking to swap over the incorrect one, which seems totally unnecessary and embarrassing to me) or to offer a refund (which she never offered and when we suggested it she refused because apparently it took us a week to reply to her proposal to swap the bouquet). Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

I absolutely adore this shop in Knebworth - it’s full of unusual special gifts - as well as potted plants and bedding plants for your garden! There are stunning fresh flowers, the smell hits you as you walk through the door - arrangements and bouquets are beautifully made by the talented Catherine and her team. As soon as you walk through the door you are assured of a warm and friendly welcome, with a professional service - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this fabulous shop to everyone!!
