Really enjoyable PRINCE2 course. A lot of information condensed down to important information designed to help you pass. Tutor was excellent and very knowledgable with a lot of direct experience.

Very good experience with my trainer Jacky for Prince2. A lot of material to cover in the week but the class was relatively small (10) so we got through it and I passed my exams first time. The online training went well and in class quizzes made good use of the features. Would recommend to others as a training provider as there are some questionable ones out there

Virtual training was a new experience for me bit it went really well. I'm really happy with how knowledge tree organised everything. Joe is a great trainer. I would recommend them. Passed both exams which is great news.

Mis led on how much additional self learning there was required for Prince2 Practitioner even though I explicitly stated I wanted a course that covered it within the training days. After providing feedback I was met with negative responses and they out right refused a refund even though the exam is booked through a third party who advised they should give me a refund. Poor initial communication and very bad at receiving feedback.

Clare at Knowledge Tree was a lifesaver. At the point of booking my course, she was able to assist me directly with all my queries. She was very prompt at replying and very friendly over the phone. I sat the combined PRINCE2 course in London. I loved the fact I could get it done in just four days and not have to take too much time off work. The trainer was extremely experienced and was able to answer any questions I had in a way I could understand. I passed both my exams the first time and would undoubtedly say it was the trainer and materials that prepared me so well.
