Lovely place, had to buy some tubing and decided to buy it here rather than online and I'm glad I did. It was lovely just wandering around looking at the Koi which I found very relaxing. Koi Logic have Koi of different sizes in separate tanks and cost accordingly. This place has been here for several years and the long term staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Have used this shop years, but the latest order was the final straw and I will not be returning. On the 7th Aug I ordered and paid for a new pump and filter system for my pond (over 600 in value), was told that the pump was due in the following week. I phoned today (26/8) to be told that the pump had come in but they hadn't got round to building the filter yet!!!! Apologies but I feel I need to clarify the response I have just received from the James the owner; 1. I was not told of a build schedule. 2. You haven't 'taken to upon yourselves' to offer a full refund, I ask you to refund the money, after you asked me if I was serious about not using Koi Logic again, as my response would affect if the filter was built tomorrow!!!
Great place. Super friendly staff and they know their stuff. They have everything you need and more. Top quality fish top quality service, highly recommend.
