Item arrived damaged as shown in the pictures attached and once assembled the height adjustment does not work - raised to maximum height & will not lower!!!

Quick delivery! Ordered leather quilted dining chairs x2 for my son s study. Excellent quality! Looks great! Feels sturdy! Was easy to put together! Glad I got these - they look just like the picture
It’s a nice chair but not without its flaws. Pros: nice design and really comfortable. Cons: the threads weren’t tapped out very well for the arms and i had to re tap one of them to get it to accept the bolt. Luckily I had a set of taps in my tool box. The other issue was that the knob on the bottom of the chair was smashed. There is a wobble between the base and gas strut again the machining could of been better. It creaks when you tilt in it which is somewhat annoying. All in all if the quality was a bit better this would be a great chair and would get a full 5*
New website to me. Actual product exactly as the website image. Would definitely use again. Speed and efficiency from ordering to delivery excellent- within 2 days.
Very good service, clear product information, speedy delivery and quality product. My only moan would be that the back is slightly shorter than I was expecting.
