Kafka would be proud. Made an appointment online, no instructions as to where to go or whom to present to. Asked an employee hovering near front desk, was told to join a queue, queued for 45min - therefore missing my appointment - then was seen and told I had missed my appointment. Was informed i should have waited in an unspecified, unsigned area next to the queue and listen out for occasional calls for customers with appointment (none during my 45min in the queue) and could now not be seen after the current customer, as lunchtime was rapidly approaching. Thanks very much

No way of contacting them to ask a question, or at least no way of getting an answer. No one replies to the webforms despite \Aiming to reply within 10 days\. Even the call centres don't have a number for them, so can't transfer you. Booked an appointment for parking, waited around for half an hour before they told me that all of their systems were down, so they couldn't do anything. Had taken half a day off work for that. They took my details and said they'd phone me when it was back up but ever did. It seems like this kind of experience is pretty universal, as everyone who has given a 5 star review suspiciously name-checks an individual employee.

Had to call into book an appointment but was refused by Naomi who I spoke with. She was incompetent and could not answer any of my questions and than hung up on me whilst middle of conversation.Very rude! I suggest the management look into who they hire and train them correctly or at least to a good customer service standard.

Some of the staff are very rude, unprofessional , unhelpful and will look down on you especially Carmen Manning . I have recieved the worst customer service! They should remember that one day they may also need help from someone.They don't deserve any stars .
