Just purchased my brand new Urus from this dealership, absolutely shocking service very disappointed, young unexperienced staff and definitely unprofessional, not sure about the other dealerships in the group but after this experience won't be recommending Lamborghini or HR Owen to anyone or going back myself. When anyone purchases a high end item you expect the customer service to match the product definitely not in this case.

Came in today as my 6 year old son is fascinated with Lamborghini's. The lady on reception was fantastic warm and welcoming. She took my son around the showroom showing him the cars talked him through the process from ordering to the customisation process. Needless to say my son walked out a very happy little boy, you are a credit to the dealership and the car brand and thank you so much to the customer who also chatted with my so.
