Took a British gas refund check into Lancaster, Market Sq branch to cash as per instructions on letter only to be told they couldn't cash it as they don't have a counter service? What a crock, I was told to take it to my own bank where I was told I would have to take it to HSBC? I hate banks...
The staff are very friendly and polite and professional. The branch is very clean and tidy. It is a very popular branch with the locals and tourists alike.
