Great atmosphere. Booking process simple and straight forward. We arrived and booked skating aids for the two kids and when we went to get them they didn’t have any left- we gave it a go anyway but the kids were terrified so the manager allowed us to change our booking to the next session and due to the inconvenience caused he allowed us 4 complimentary tickets onto the big wheel which was right next to the ice rink. After the big wheel ride we went back to the ice rink and the staff couldn’t tend to us quick enough they were all fab. The ice rink is brilliant and has a great atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting next year with a bigger group.

Love it here, the kids love it. The staff on the rink are very aware and helpful. This was our second year and hopefully we will be back next year

Me and my sister visited and thoroughly enjoyed the ice rink which we booked so no waiting around and the big wheel which has a beautiful view- it took about half an hour in the queue for the wheel but it was a busy time of day. We also had a drink in the tipi, very Christmassy! My only complaint would be I paid 6 for some halloumi fries at one of the Christmas wooden stalls and literally got 6 small pieces of halloumi in a basket! 1 per piece!!! I was shocked but had already paid and didn’t want to cause a scene! Very overpriced for the tiniest portion!

Forget my earlier review. This is improved substantially very quickly. Had an absolutely amazing time! Cannot wait until tomorrow.

I thought was a bit pricey. For what you got. I got dizzy going round and round. And I felt there was to many people on the ice. You had to keep moving or someone would crash into you. Not good if you can't skate. And to pay 5 for a help ad. . I think you would be better at Blackpool ice ring. And yes the blades are blunt. So your legs go everywhere.
