not very happy i took my dog as she was feeling down after my wife passed away she would not leave my side very klingy but would eat and drink what she does really i told them everything they had here in there for 5 minutes then came out with her and told me everything i told them they said ho will pick up on you being down then they had the nerve to give me a bill for 42 i told them i didnt have any money at one point having to pay for funneral and not worked for months due to this panademic but they wanted paying so now i dont eat this week been with them for years as well wont be going back anytime in the future

I love this vets practice but more importantly my dog does! I’ve always found them friendly and accommodating and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I have been with this practice for several years with my two whippets and cat. I have always felt all the staff have been very tentative and warm but also very professional and they have treated my babies as they would their own, whilst in their care. My whippets are VERY soft and the staff know exactly how to work with them and are very patient and sympathetic towards them. I am writing this review because I am actually having to leave due to relocation and I am gutted that I'm having to change vets. I just hope the new one can match up! I would not hesitate to recommend Lanes Vets. Thank you all, you're amazing!

Our vet has such patience especially when poor Oliver Screams the place down.. We travel over 80 miles round trip because once you have a good vet you never let go...
