Absolutely brilliant! Receptionists are always nice and my mum had a stroke in there and they instantly recognised what it was and called an ambulance, helped her through it and were nothing short of amazing. Never fail to get an appointment as long as you ring early and don't expect it on the same day unless its an emergency.

Terrible Practise, only realised after going to a new practice just how bad this one is. The receptionists are terrible and just generally poorly run. Had numerous problems with them from losing my notes, samples, appointment bookings.

I saw a doctor today about a toenail infection and twice I asked if I could have antibiotics as I had tried everything else. Twice I was told there were no antibiotics for two nail infections. Yet when you look it up it's the no 1 treatment. Have I seen the cleaner

No issues with doctors and staff but it is impossible to get through on the phone. You can be on hold for up to ten mins and then it just cuts you off. It’s been like this for the last two months. Feel sorry for the receptionists who must get an earful when people finally get through. I had to drive to the surgery to be able to cancel my appointment.

Some of the receptionist are very rude and take great pleasure in making getting an appointment very difficult saying there isn't any appointments for weeks when actually there are some within days of you calling they just dont want to give them because you request that surgery only also my 69 year old mum is in severe pain every single day and cant get an appointment for weeks they expect her to go sit in the surgery at 8 in the morning and ask for an appointment that way as she cant get through on the phone to which she finds very difficult to do as shes in so much pain I think its disgusting what you have to do and how your made to feel ..
