Hello I was in Ramsdens Lancaster today 10 th September around 10 I had a wonderful experience Karen looked after me with a new account what a lovely lady She was helpful smart kind quick I’d use this shop again. It’s just under car park in Lancaster shop very clean private booths Nice shop nice people . Thanks Karen (India ) ???

DO NOT USE - horrible unhelpful staff, were rude and patronizing, worst aftercare ever, poor quality jewellery passed of as good to unsuspecting customers, advised to presume jewellery is poor.
