The advice from Peter at Lancaster branch was fantastic. Helped to set up my camera and have me advice on a new camera which I purchased. Nothing was too much trouble and took the time to show me how to use the camera. Would advise anyone looking to purchase a camera to visit this shop as very knowledgeable.

Just took my daughter in to this shop for her 20th birthday present she likes putting videos on youtube but wants an DSLR type camera. The young lady in the shop I think her name was Beth was fantastic talking us through all of our options and advising us to the best of her ability. I ended up purchasing camera, bag, tri pod, spare battery well as you can guess the lot. I am overly impressed with her professionalism and customer service..... THANKS
