We have been using 5Rings for about 3 years now to provide IT support and website hosting. Its reassuring to know that we have them available to provide assistance and support as and when required. Recently they had to deal with disaster recovery for us. Matt was really helpful in getting hardware back online and Charlie got me up and running after a hard drive failure addressing a number of issues with my pc. He took everything onboard that I needed resolved and didn’t miss anything. This freed me up to get on with my own job. We had design software installed and the software company took over two days and numerous failed attempts to try and resolve issues of reinstalling the program with Charlie only taking ten minutes to sort out the problem.

Dreadful service. 5 rings don't fix persistent phone or internet issues. We are apparently locked into a contract and unless we want to pay our way out of this now 19 month contract there is nothing we can do. When we started with them the sales pitch was that 5 Rings don't sign business up into contractual agreements and you are free to leave. Worse still I started business with them as a Friend and only out of loyalty I’ve stuck around so long. If I “was” a friend, I dread to think how the 5 Rings Group treat their enemies. 5 Rings seem to want us to stick around knowing we are so unhappy with service, why is that?
