WORST SERVICE EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID placed a 250 order 4th october was charged 45 for deliver although it clearly states on their website free delivery on orders over 100 ...8 days later no delivery or communication...so i call to chase was told would be here that day if not the following day latest.. also placed another order that day... nothing arrived... so called again the next day was told the same. that day or next day latest....i tried to cancel was told you cant cancel ...then the next day had a delivered with BOTH orders on the SAME pallet and another 25 delivery charge ....turns out both orders were only sent on the 13th some 9 days after i placed the first order .......not once did there sales manager David Goffin except resposabilty he just blamed everyone except himself...i spend over 10k a year on blasting media this is one company that will never see another order from me........there sales guys often call looking for work yet they cant deliver on the most basic order........yet when you complain because your LOSING WORK they dont give a damm when i asked about their bad reviews was told by David Goffin that these were posted by ex workers and their girlfriends (really)..seem like they cant even look after their workers
