45 minutes of pressing numbers on the key pad and never got to speak to a soul!!!! I have worked the last 33 years and now I need help I can’t even speak to anyone at the benefit office ???

It's shite , never get allotted appointment time and tbh I wouldn't trust them to be able to run a bath unsupervised.
