No wheelchair-accessible entrance
Difficult to locate without the assistance of a GPS device. Larbert is the closest rail station. Can only take a car so far, a 10 - 20 minute walk through uneven, gravel, tree roots, and mud. It would appear the area is used for off road cycling. There is minimal signage, prepare to get lost. Wear sensible shoes and choose a dry day.

A beautiful place to walk to was up there today and it was stunning.
Fantastic little odd place just off the beaten track. It isnt sign posted so take your phone so you can find it. And yes the water is blue before you ask!!
After a long walk and some backtracking we finally found this gem of a round hole filled with water. If you like watching your dog mistake it for a puddle and get dunked with the help of gravity then you will love this place. Will visit again. Shame it doesn't have a cafe.
This place is so lovely and lots to explore all around it.
