Fabulous experience here since I had a knee replacement. Their expertise and advice has been invaluable in my recovery. Not only did Gillian provide a tailored and progressive exercise programme but also gave me emotional support throughout my treatment with her positivity and calm demeanour. Gran was in inver house here. from what I have witnessed really sickened me. Only one nurse on duty for that one time I was there.And when I was about to leave I witnessed one lady about to fall out of bed plus I got a phone call from them for me to call them back in which I was on hold for over 10 minutes before being answered to say my grandmother had been taken to AE with a suspected heart attack. Any wonder the NHS is failing. especially with our elderly folk
