I am guessing this bar now has new owners, there is no way it would get so many good reviews for the cocktails. They seem to be made up, even the 'classic cocktails' are made using random ingredients. Gin and bottled lemon juice in a Long Island Ice Tea... It is also overpriced with most drinks costing 7 and only having one shot in them. It could be a really nice place but they need to visit a real cocktail bar like Crux Emporium and attend a mixology course.
I was just drinking soft drinks as I was driving. When I asked for a diet coke, the member of staff opened a can and put maybe 200ml of the 330ml in a glass and put the rest of the can on the side. I was somewhat confused by this as there were other cans from other customers on the side (lemonade, full sugar coke). Are these partial cans used for other customers? Don't they go flat? If I'm paying over the odds for a can of coke shouldn't I just get the whole can? I just don't get it.
