I called Laundry Fix after our dishwasher stopped working. Tony gave me a time slot for the following day and informed me when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part and came back to fit it a couple of days later. All now working perfectly - great service with no fuss and much cheaper than the manufacturer's call-out quote! I would definitely recommend Laundry Fix and will use them again if I have any other appliance problems in future.

Great service and an honest opinion. I called them and arranged a 2 hr slot for the visit between 11.00 and 13.00. He came at 11:30 and within a couple of minutes had diagnosed faulty bearings, but said that it couldn't be fixed as it was a sealed drum. He gave me a couple of recommendation (not Bosch - he said the quality had deteriorated in the past few years), put everything back...and didn't charge for the call out. Brilliant. Very professional and would use again and recommend to anyone.
Contacted Tony at Laundry fix ltd as my Dishwasher wouldn't work. He called me straight back to arrange a visit. Arrived promptly worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up after himself. He worked for about an hour to resolve the problem and the price and his work was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The chaps came promptly and worked efficiently with the cost of the job being very reasonable. The men were very polite and courteous and even came back to make sure that everything was ok.
