It was my first time using a laundry service and they were very helpful and professional, following wearing mask guidance. I am very pleased and highly recommend it for everyone around Altrincham and Timperley.

The fact that they do delivery for dry cleaning and charge such a low price is great. But, it took them 9 days to dry clean 5 items which is too long compared to competitors. Plus one of them required me to check in person twice and call twice because they didn't return one of the items and didn't inform us that they hadn't cleaned it yet making us think it was lost. Then when we found out by pestering that it wasn't done, I had to find their dry cleaning store based off incorrect directions they gave me and eventually I found out that they hadn't done it for Wednesday, forgot to on Thursday and weren't going to deliver it till Saturday though they promised Thursday at the latest.
Very helpful. I had a couple of duvets to wash using the self service and they were very helpful.
Brilliant service, these guys kept us going through the pandemic. On time and great prices for laundry.
