Very friendly service- we ended up chatting about knitted garments we had worn as children! There is an impressive range of items to buy ranging from reasonably priced to luxury items (including a photo of Monty Don wearing one!) but there was no pressure at all to buy. We came away with a beautiful knitted hat which was just what was needed in the inclement weather!
