The company replaced one broken slate, which didn't stop the leak. This was the only meaningful action in nearly two weeks between the initial quote and the moment when we told them not to bother any more. They didn't once come at the time they promised, but kept delaying and misleading, down to obvious lies. There wasn't any real attempt to put things right and get to to the bottom of the problem and resolve it. They have no respect for the customer and no ambition to do a good job.

Poor quality service and a wide range of excuses for not providing the service in time. The company is unfamiliar with the concept of punctuality. Blaming the customers for everything is the typical modus operandi. Stay away if you want the job done. The personal attacks by the owner on the people leaving negative comments here are indicative of how they treat their customers.
