Excellent experience here - just be mindful that as this is an outlet store, they may not have the colour you’re looking for in all the ranges they stock. There are lots of “end of range” offers - some at a very good discount from a normal retail store. I would recommend buying all the pieces you need if you see they are available - going back another time might not yield the result you were hoping for (I.e. once their stock is gone in a particular colour/style then it’s gone!). There are a few exceptions to this - saucepans, casseroles, etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful and assisted me in assessing which size casserole I needed. Not at all pushy or hinting for a sale, which is great!

My gosh their stuff is so extremely, ridiculously expensive - but it's the best cookware money can buy and will last decades, well, unless you drop and smash it into literally thousands of extremely sharp iron shards first lol.

Tried to change a colour today, staff Tanya and Ryan from the start SO unhelpful no solution nothing. Ended up being rude. We spent over 100 on a single piece and get that treatment. Why work in customer services why you can’t be bothered with people ?? Find another job

Well stocked, it is cheaper than buying from mainstream kitchen outlets but do check for seconds and they will tend to have more end of line but some good deals to be had
