We ordered Year 6 leavers hoodies for our small school in London and we couldn't be more satisfied with the quality and service provided by Leavers gear. Dave went an extra mile to make sure we will have all the samples for correct sizing and communicated all the details through the process which gave as great reassurance! The order was delivered BEFORE estimated time and oh boy, they look AMAZING!!! We had so many compliments from parents and staff and many happy smiles on kids faces! I have no hesitation in recommending Leaversgear they provided a great service with a personal touch. Customer service was friendly and I felt able to contact them with any questions I had. They were efficient in their responses and kept me up to date with timings. The quality of the hoodies are brilliant, they wash well and those who have ordered them have commented on how impressed they are!
We placed an order for our Leavers Hoodies pre lockdown and were slightly fingers crossed that the order could be fulfilled during these strange times. We need not have worried! Great customer service and communication throughout. Dave was happy to help with all queries and went to great lengths to ensure satisfaction for all Y6 pupil requests. Suffice it to say all the children and parents were delighted with the hoodie delivery (a definite positive considering all that they had missed out on this year). Fabulous quality and lots of happy, smiley faces. Samples were provided to gauge sizing and wonderful that each child was able to choose their own colour and add a nick name if desired. We had overalls, hooded tops and t shirts designed with our logo. Very happy with the service and quality of garments.
When called Dave was very helpful but unfortunately our hoodies came late and five had smudged printing on the back - they are being reprinted.
